Hi, I am Daphne (Dee) your nail tech. Thank you for choosing to book with me❤. Deposits: Your debit card serves as your deposit and will be used to hold your appointment slot. Your card will only be charge if you do not properly follow the cancellation guidelines. balance is due at the end of service and can only be paid by Cash,Apple pay,Debit/Credit or Zelle How to Book: ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED VIA GLOSSGENIUS . NO TEXTS OR DMS FOR BOOKINGS. (NO EXCEPTIONS. Read carefully and make sure that you are selecting the date and time that best fits your schedule! Book accordingly. If you need a soak off AND a fullset set you will need to book both services. Failing to do so will result in your appoinment either being canceled or you would have to go with another design that can be done with a fill in. Please do not wait until the last minute to book your appointment. I do not do "squeeze in appointments". Same day appointments are only available if there is a last miniute cancellation. In that case the appointment time will be posted via social media and will be first come first served. I DO NOT work over other techs work. If you have a set done by some one else , you would have to get a soak off. I will ask that if you know what kind of set you want (mainly dramatic sets) please send a photo of your ideal set to 314-688-9450 either at the time of booking or atleast 72 hours prior to booking. Arrival: Please be on time. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15mins your appointment will either be canceled or you can pay a 15$ late fee to continue your appointment. If i am running late you will be notified AND accomodated. Cancellations/Reschedule: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so as soon as possible. You are allowed to reschedule AND transfer your deposit ONE TIME. After that you will have to pay a new deposit to reschedule appointment again. I charge a 60% cancellation fee for any no-Shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Intially your card on file serves as your deposit. Late cancellation, missed/ no show appts will be charged 60% of the service requested. After the first no show you will be required to pay a $25 deposit for any future bookings, after two no shows you will be banned from booking any more appointments . If i am unable to charge your card for the inconvenience fee due to insufficient funds that is an automatic ban. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 60% cancellation fee for any no-Shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
